Long Description
These are a pair of embroidered scenes known as Printworks which imitate engrved art work which was popular at the time and often used as patterns for embroidery. They are done in shades of beige giving an effect of sepia printing. The condition of the embroidery is good but the frames show signs of age with some minor damage to the plaster surface which sits on the base of wood.
I would like some indication of value. I cannot load the pictures that I have but I think they could be available by direct e-mail.Â
