Would like to know what this secretary is worth
It is signed along the bottom L.C.T.Favrile. The vase and base are in excellent condition. It has a beautiful iridescent finish with bluish lip along the top border. he base is signed Louis C. Tiffany Furnaces. Inc. FAVRILE 151. The base has beautiful iridescent varying shades of blue moving up to green to a golden color enamel gilt bronze base. The vase fits perfectly and securely into the base. From the bottom of the base to the top of the vase it measures 13-3/8 inches. The diameter at the top of the vase is 3 inches. The diameter at the bottom of the base is 4 inches. The base itself measures 2-1/2 inches high.
never used - 60 pieces plus serving pieces
This is a round hinged box with knurled edges. It has a rearing horse on the top and the letters EPC (each in it's own square box)and under them left to right a face with a goatee, a crown, and a symbol. Under that is the number 300.
It has some wear on the bottom with the copper showing
through. It appears to have had a handle, which is missing. My pictures did not take due to flash back from the silver. I would rate it in better condition if the handle was still on. Any information about it would be appreciated. Thank you.
This was found around 1970 while walking out into the Maumee River near Grand Rapids,Ohio. It is a rough cast iron cat head, apparently meant to be attached to a flat surface or it is the right half of an opposite piece.Tnere is a hole (for a nail?)on the back edge of the neck in line with the bottom of the chin. One antique collector thought it might be off an old stove. There was riverboat traffic along this river a hundred years ago,and there was an old park shelter house about 50 yards nearby.Does anyone know what this is? I've been trying to figure it out for over 35 years
My mother bought this vase at a garage sale and is curious about the stamped writing on the bottom ( foreign language ).
The vase surely looks handmade and is quite heavy for it's size.Though there are really no broken edges, some of the paint has worn in places.
unknown type of vase
One lamp is very good condition, the other is fair
One lamp is damaged and the damage area is the leaf (candle holder), one of the pictures will show you a close up of this specific damaged area.
- Lamp is metal and bottom base portion is marble
- The black plastic tip holders did not come with the lamp (just an addition)
- Wiring on both items are still functional
I'm curious to know the time era of these lamps and it's worth.
Chinese shallow bowls or plates in good to excellent condition. Faded gold rims.
