The glass in what I believe to be the original frame was broken, but the frame, matting and picture are in beautiful condition. It looks like the frame and matting have gold leafing. I do know that Mr. Gould was commissioned by the queen of England to go to Australia and draw the wild life from that country. I have search and search the to find a copy of this lithograph on the web to no avail. It is called Circus Cyaneus. It has J. Gould & H. C. Richter del et lith on the left hand side, Circus Cyameus in large letters in the center at the bottom and Walter Imp. in the right hand corner. I would appreciate very much to learn more information about this lithograph and it's value of course. I am unable to download the photo's of this lithograph. It keeps flipping me to the refresh page. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but have never had this to happen prior. Thanking you in advance.

this brass plant stand I have had about 8 years, I have no history at all on this. It looks , a once beautiful piece that was taken apart and mishandled. the detailed tier is wearing flat on the inner part , the outter is a raised border of doll faces and flowers with a fleur de lei trim. The top tier is finished wood which I suspect was not the original tier.    The 3 legs are claw footed with detailed legs (approx 16" ) with swirles, flowers, and what appear to me to be the tips of angel wings on top of each. Years later my neighbor gave me 2 brass angels she said were to a lamp and said there was a third she couldnt find. Had there not been handles welded to the backs of the two I did get, they fit perfectly in between each leg of my stand and line up perfectly with the winged tips. I've always wondered what the mystery/history was behind it. I'm sorry i have no device to enter a photo.
