Oil paintings really can't be assessed by images you really need to have them physically examined. Unfortuneatly in the vast majority of cases the cost of such an appraisal can exceed the value of the painting. That said, based on what I can see, this is one of those decorator paintings one see's at starving artist sales or department stores.
