Hello and thanks fro your help.

This painting was purchased at an estate auction. The owner(daughter to the purchaser) said that it was in her home while she was growing up.

Oil paintings really can't be assessed by images you really need to have them physically examined. Unfortuneatly in the vast majority of cases the cost of such an appraisal can exceed the value of the painting. That said, based on what I can see, this is one of those decorator paintings one see's at starving artist sales or department stores.
