Colonel Sanders Portrait Print Autographed?

Description

17 1/2 X 21 1/2 portrait print of Colonel Sanders. It has been autographed in gold pen by Colonel Sanders, which I assume it's real but not 100% sure. The artist name on the bottom is hard for me to identify. The beginning letter of his name looks like a tower followed by "eger". Any information about the value or background of this piece would be greatly appreciated.

The wooden plaque was made by Perma Plaque in Hollywood, CA

I just acquired one of these plaques at an auction. I was trying to get more information on the peice as well. Were you able to find out anything? Thank you!
