Since Nippon was an adaptation of a description of the island country in the native language, Nippon was no longer acceptable under the new law. Backstamps after 1921 state "Japan" or "Made in Japan."

I need to ask why you think it's 1912-1913? the reason I'm asking is, the Hobbie Lobbie girl was used in the 1960's the name Japan inside a box is also common to the 1960s.. most sell for around $20.00
