Old Working Alpine refrigerator, 1920's?

Hi and Thank you in advance for your help with this.

This is my gram's old refridgerator which she bought new, possibly in the 20's.  The refridgerator still works great.  I know it needs a good cleaning but I am hoping you can help me with an approximate value and any other information you might know.  Unfortunately I lost my gram last July so I can't ask her.
