Antique Wood Chair by Michigan Chair Company

By zookeeper0202, 11 August, 2014
Description

My Craigslist find: a chair made by Michigan Chair Company, according the label on the underside of it. The wood is either walnut or oak with a walnut stain. There's gold velvet on the seat, with burlap visible underneath. The back feet are plain, the two front legs have claw feet.

What little information I could dig up on google was that the label was used by the manufacturer from 1905 to 1911. The chair itself is in good shape for its age, the joints are solid. So I'd like as much info about as I can find, as well as a ballpark value on it. Thanks in advance for your time.
