Description
This table features a heavy, beveled slab of stone -- probably marble -- which is heavily veined in gold and black. It sits on top of a metal frame with curved brass legs molded with leaf shapes. The legs are fastened to the frame with three flat-head screws per corner. On the bottom, in black crayon, is hand-written: "M ITALY." The table is 39 inches long, 21 wide and 16 high. It has been in dry storage for at least 30 years. I would like to know when such a table would have been made, by whom, what this stone is, and of course, the fair market value, since I intend to resell it.
