Vintage Knife {fixed blade} with Leather Sheath

Description

I have a vintage fixed blade knife in a leather sheath. The knife from tip to tip is 11" long, the blade itself  is 6" long. The initials E.P.S.C. are on both sides of the blade. I am not sure what the handle is made of but looks like bone.
