C. Manning painting girl with flowers?

Description

I have a very cute, 8 x 10" canvas painting dated 1981 of a painting with a girl in a blue dress resting under a tree in a field of flowers - it is signed "C. Manning", and I can't find anything of significance about this artist online. Can anyone provide information on this painting or artist?
