Buffalo China Plymouth Green ~What is it?

By Sue@SunHealthResale, 5 December, 2016
Description

Someone donated this item.  It is stamped Buffalo China AID on the bottom.  I have been able to find the pattern "Plymouth Green" but have NO idea what this is?  A warmer of some type?

The drip plate is approx 6.5" long and the overall height is about 4"
