Royal Bayreuth?

Description I saved this at a Waste Management Center from being trashed. A Web. Image search revealed a few antique Royal Bayreuth, (German), items with the same painting only of lesser quality and with clear maker's marks on the bottom. I am having trouble getting my item identified. The 'Royal Bayreuth Collectors Club' does not value or identify items. To me it looks like a single candle holder. Can anyone help me identify, age and/or value it?. Why hasn't it got an underglaze maker's mark on the bottom and just a number Is there something written underneath the removable top rim? Thanks.
