v. de Paredes lithograph/watercolor

By bailey, 1 October, 2008
Description

The picture is old based on the fact that the backing is made of newspaper from 1945.  The colors are muted pastel and it is called The Recital.  It is signed by V. de Paredes on the bottom right hand corner.  A woman I know looked it over through her loop and said she saw brush strokes, or st least there were not any dots as you would see in printed or computer generated prints.  I don't know if those were even possible in the 30's - 40's.  She said it could be a watercolor, but I don't know if Paredes did watercolors.
