Vignaud Limoges Platter

By Steamboater, 12 January, 2009
Description

Marked "Vignaud Limoges" and there's also a woman's name imprinted on the porcelain (not written in) "Mary Heinsling. '15", so I'm thinking this was made in 1915 but don't know if this was made especially for the buyer with her name on it or if the name is the person who did the artwork for this piece. Excellent condition with no fading of the gold rim at all. Don't know what kind of dish it is either so I just put down platter. Anyone have any idea as to the value and info on the woman's name etc?
