Silverplate Bride's Basket

Description From what I can tell, this is a silver or silverplate bride's basket made prior to 1900 by William Hutton & Sons of England. It is very ornate. I think it's in very good shape, but it is tarnished and I have not tried to polish it as I didn't want to do any damage. Does anyone know what this is worth? Thank you!
