History
I bought it at an antique aution but I bought just before the aution. An antique dealer offered me a lot more money for it but I turned him down. He told me about the piece later and said that there were only 4 made and that this was the only one he has found around and that it had some kind of history with a Union General. I am not so sure. I have not been able to find anything like this online except some old Federal pieces. I would like to know more about it. Thanks
