The holder looks like it was made for letters and has 2 slots, like a napkin holder with a loop on top of the center divider. the divider has a ring attached to the center divider and is beaded on the edge. the holder it is heavy and looks like quadruple plate. it is very ornate on both sides with a flower motif in relief and has four curved legs.
