3 Paintings Purchased in Germany, looking for artists and worth

I bought these 3 paintings while in Germany for around 1200 each. I am in a tight money position at the moment and am looking to see what I can get for them now. 

I am fuzzy on who did them as well. 1 says Kaiser, 1 says Wollreck the last doesn't have anything I can find on it that would be a signature..

Any help would be appreciated.
