Chinese Silks

Category
Asian Art
Description

I was told they were Chinese silks but could be Japanese silks. I recieved these about 15years ago from a family member and was told my great grandparents owned them. They are framed with paper on the back so I have never actually held them.

Wooden box dimensions 9 1/2 x 7 x 3 . Has inscriptions " Zakopane Morskie Oko" on the lid front part and 23, VII, 1975 on the right hand side of the lid.
