small apple shaped pill box hallmarks

Hi i'm hoping someone can help, i've got a small what seems gold plated apple shaped pill box with hallmarks on the bottom. I'm not sure what the hallmark is though, i've only found one similar item online and that one didn't have a stamp on the bottom.

land deed from 1917 with the signature of the Governor of Tx. at the time i believe it could be evidence on reasons why he was impeached could be worth more than $$$ to others it could be worth nothing.

covered vegtable dish with lid and plate.

Description

This is a very nice dish. No cracks or chips. There are three pieces to it. On the bottom it says "Ruth" Johnson Bros. with a 2 above the Bros. Under the Johnson Bros. it says England. there is a 15 on the bottom of the plate and what looks like an M V or M 6. Any help appreciated.
