Antique chest of drawers. Possibly European.

I have this beautiful, hand painted cabinet, but I know almost nothing about it. It is solid wood and painted inside and out. VERY heavy. I would love to know more about the style and approximate value, though I suspect it is just a homemade oddity due to the clunky nature. Thanks!

7 dinner plates, 8 lunch, 7 salad, 7 saucers, 4 tea cups, 8 lrg bols, 8 sm bowls, 2 serving bowls w/lids, 1 gravy boat

Glass perfume bottle with top for application. No markings are on it that I can see.

Purplish/blue decorative bowl with scalloped edges. There are no markings on the bottom
