Antique Hand Carved stool in Mahogany wood, the sides have fish carved in either side with spectacular detail. The feet of stool are paw claws. The upholstery looks to be original. The upholstery has a deep dark red, velvet color, & floral detailing. There’s an imperfection in cushion & some cosmetic wear on stool. Brass ring on underside of stool. Stool swivels. The back bar also rotated freely. Carved “II” visible on underside of seat.
Vessel is 3 inches high and 3 inches wide. The rim has 4 undulations and is beaded. Engraved image on side appears to be a bird laying in a basket. Mark on bottom reads VictorSilver Co. Quadruple plate. Appraisal estimate needed. I can be reached at [email protected]
I have a Grimwades Stoke on Trent porcelain oval platter. It is called "Kew" on the underside. I estimate it is 60-70 years old. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. However it does have some staining and crazing in the glaze.
I can't seem to find anything on the internet about this pattern.
I would like to find out it's worth if I want to sell it.
