Was looking more for information about this. Appears to be something that would have been used by surveyers. Not sure how common of an item it would have been.
I inherited this necklace from a relative who collected things both valuable and completely worthless. I am more curious about the origin than the value. What do the engraved numbers mean? Where did this necklace come from? I'd appreciate any information anyone can share!

A stamp on back with certificate of registration with C53774 with collectors corner Inc hand written on back of canvas is #61 in lower left hand corner and in the upper right hand corner is a stamp of 1118 and before the numbers is a stamp too but not a letter or number can't tell what it is
Glass figurine rooster gifted to me by a coworker (with very expensive tastes) back in 2001. I thought she said at the time it was Waterford, but I've queried Waterford, Lennox, Murano, Fenton, Chihuly, all to no avail - have never seen another like it. Help!!!
