I have what I believe to be a Telefunken console from Germany. It has the stereo and the turntable. The turntable needs a needle, it also has shortwave stations as well as other station that I know nothing about. I do know that it does work and I am wondering what it is worth. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Afghan sword originally made and gifted as dowry. Dates to 1730s and inscriptions reads a poem to the bride. It is said that it was used in an ambush on English elite troops traveling through the Khaibar pass in mid 1800s. Bought from an Afghan antique dealer in Kabul 1969.
I'm not quite sure what this desk is, whether it be a Spanish desk or just some art deco. But it seems to be older in design. I dont see any markings on desk, not that I've looked at every nook and cranny. But would be thankful to whoever can lead me in a direction.
