Looking for resale value of these? I have 35-40 different portraits, all are framed & most are still in packaging. Stickers on back are from Victorian Trading Co.

I found this rocking chair abandoned in a ditch. I found a similar one online that says it might be a 1900s Temple Stuart chair? Looking for any help with IDing this, as I’d love to learn more about it!
