i DONT HAVE A PICTUE YET, ITS A BEAUTIFUL WOOD STOVE, iTS MISSING THE TO COVER, FEW PLACES ITS CRACKED, THE TOP FACE AND FEET, ALONG WITH THE TWO DOORS ARE OF THE SAME DEIGN
I am trying to find out information on a set of luggage given to my wife by her great aunt. it looks like an interesting set and I just want to learn more about it.
It is huge, has an alcove with carved statue of a woman in old style head covering, I think its spanish, not sure, oak, some sort of rattan or wicker, not really sure what is the covering on the doors but it appears to be a natural fiber, the glas is leaded i think, and the metal is old on the hinges, have a patina, but I dont think its brass, they have locks that need a skeleton key but the key is missing. there are not any stamps or markings that I can see and the drawers are dovetailed not lots of nails or screws holding the wood together. They both are 2 pieces 0n pedastals, and are awe inspiring to look at.
