Antique Loveseat Settee

Near perfect condition. No signs of screws, glue, etc “modern” materials. No obvious brand markings or labels.

I’m not sure what questions to ask but if possible, I would like to get an idea of style, age, origin, etc? 

Also, what is the approximate value?

I have 2 pieces of Landstrom Furniture given to my in-laws in early 1950's by an aunt.  Both are in good condition and have the Landstrom medallion inside a drawer.  

Buffet, 1 large drawer, can provide better images if required. Not sure how old, in excellent condition. Would appreciate an estimate of how much I am able to sell this for on facebook marketplace or using some other avenue. Should I list the item in an auction house for a better price? 

My grandparents have had this for 50+ years and I recently acquired it. It is brass and copper with a removable center. We are not sure what it exactly is and can not find any info on the hallmark.

I purchased this Snap On Tools Torqometer off of a gentleman from an estate sale. I reached out to Snap On Tools and they didn’t give me an amount the tool was worth, instead they told me they’d replace it with almost a $400 torque wrench instead. I decided to keep it instead. The tool is still in great working condition 

I purchased a set of hand trucks off of an elderly gentleman who claims the hand trucks belonged to his father. I was just going to take them home and fix them up until I saw a label on the middle bar. On this metal label are the words Lewis-Shepard Floormaster Type: 3661C Date: 6-6-18. I’ve done extensive research but have found nothing. Can someone please help me with this?
