This is an incredibly cute and strudy replica of an old fashioned oce cream parlor table and chair.
The table top is 18" in diameter and the table is about 20" high. The chair is sturdy enough to comfortable hold an adult of 150 lbs. My friend who gave it to me is well into her 70's and said she used it as a child. She doe snot think she got it new - it was originally all black and her father stained the taletop to a woody color. Her husband then painted the tabletop and chair seat white for their children.
Other than the peeling paint this table is in excellent condition - ni rust, no weak points in the legs of the table or chairs. (Which look like wrought iron but I am not sure.)
Gold colored case with pic of cigarette burning on front. Has chain to carry like little purse. Non-filter cig compartment, also powder/mirror comp. and side lipstick slide in. Opens like abook with seperate openers on each side.
Got this from Grandma. Ronco Magnacase for unfiltered cigs, plus powder compartment and built in lighter. Green and brown tortoise looking in color. Also built in plate on front for name engrave.
This painting was here in the upstairs hallway when we moved here. It is a three piece painting and the name Letterman is in the bottom right hand corner. I don't know much about paintings, but I think it is a canvas painting. Can anyone tell me about this? What is it called if possible and is it worth anything?
The third picture below is a close up of the texture. This painting is pretty big! I think it is about 5' wide and 3-4' high. Thanks.
Holds a full 24 place china set plus about 80 wine glass in top. Bottom has drawers for linin and on right looks like a wine rack or maybe a place to holf table leafs
Any info would be geat help as well as what we should sell for
