This is a mission style bench curved that had a burlap covered seat with large springs. My parents had it for 30 + yrs and now I have it. I would like to know anything about it and what it may be worth.
George VI and Queen Elizabeth, commemorating The Visit Of Their Majesties To The Dominion OF Canada 1939, Portrait of King and Queen, 9 Provinces around rim, Royal Ivory, John Maddock, made in England, plate, China, scalloped, square, 9 inch.
This plate has been hanging on our walls for as long as I can remember. I can't find any distinguishing marks on it - maybe someone else can see it and further help me to identify this piece? Some of the gold is a little worn off, but there are no chips or damage. I am gueassing it is Imari?
Not sure how old this lighter is. It is in Very good vintage condition. There are a couple of minor dings on top as shown but not bad at all. Strikes a nice spark but has no fluid to light. I will not be adding fluid to this to further test because I don't want to ship a flamable item. I see no reason why this should not work perfectly. Great piece for your collection with some possible history...
