This is a 42 piece set that is still in the original wrapping purchased by our family priest in Italy in the 1960's and willed to the family by him. It is 1880's Bohemian art glass. We are interested in selling the whole set as one.
this is a tiffany mechanical pencil that I believe is from the 1930's. there is no markings on it other than the tiffany & co and the 14k gold stamp. the pencil is opened by pulling the ends and the led is lengthened by twisting the lead holder. there is little detail on teh web for this particuliar item. It is a bit tight to open but other than that looks very good shape. I am unsure atthis time whether to sell. I know the price is I sold for gold scrap but with tiffany it may be worth more. I just dont know how much more
This is a vintage sports pin, worn by press representatives on the lapel of their suit coat when covering sport events. This pin is from the NFL World Championship Playoffs of 1946. The pin was issued by the NY Giants and has NFL and the Giants logo on it. It is in excellent condition
(lifted some text from a previous entry I found on this site, which sounds exactly like my plates). Each plate has about 4-5 images, including fish, shells, butterflies, flowing grasses, elegant looking flowers, each image is seperate on the plates and of reasonable size from 2inch -3inch. On the back of each item, is a diamond shape at the top with in the 4 corners of the diamond shape are letters and numbers, starting from top in a clockwise order they are, 18, C, W, 6. in the middle of the diamond is Rd. Under the diamond each plate has a different number in red.Tthere is what looks like a Swallow, under the diamond, to the left, on the right is a daisy like flower and a small butterfly.Just underneath that, written on a sort of swirly ribbon design,is. WS Coleman Inv s-Pel (or Del?), and a little under that is MINTON & Co Manuf. There are indented marks with letters too.
