Book is in fairly good condition for being so old. Cover is in a semi beat up condition, but pages are in perfect condition. Leather is very faded and missing in some places. Overall, very good shape.

in the middle is a working music box dancing couple- the woman is dressed in a short formal gown and the man is in a black suit- they spin and their legs move as the music box turns them and their legs touch the ground. the song playing is not known to me.

Do not know much about the painting other than the person whom I bought it from said the painting was very very old.

Floral design on one side and a dutch windmill and farm on the other side. Two solid lines border the base and the top of the vase. Eight to nine inches tall. Symbol on bottom shows the letter e with a crown above it surounded by a branch around each edge of the e. followed by the words Delftware Handwork Designed by Elsva Rolland.
