Given to my father after WWII

There is a signature in the front (right bottom corner), but it's hard to make out.

There is a writing on the back of the painting.  Most likely English painter.

Paper is fragile, but still holds. 

It has a signature on the bottom that is hard to make out.  It's framed, probably in original frame (glass cracked).  

Dont know much about it. My mother in law has had it for at least fifty years. There was a label in the back, which I included a pic of. All parts appear to be original including the beveled glass mirror on top.  Its pretty sturdy and has minimal wear. No major chips or scratches. The interior left side drawer is loose

Twin sized brass bed with headboard, footboard, and rails. No markings found.

Pulled this down from my dining room when remodeling a new home. It is a dead ringer for an Italian Baroque Figural Ormolu 12 bulb chandelier. I see these listed for 10k plus or minus. How do i find out if it’s authentic or get it valued/sold
