The seat cover is replaceable. The desk section holds an old phone book. Some carved detail on one of the cross pieces of the back of the seat. One of the back legs has a small triangular piece missing. This has not effected the strength of this stand. Some of the varnish has worn off from lower legs and top of desk.
My grandmother bought this used in the 50's. I don't know how old it is other than that. It is in very good condition. No cracks or scratches I can see. It is in working order and the bellows are 85%. Not brand new but better than average. It plays.
