Vint Signed Chinese Crystal SNUFF BOTTLE INSIDE PAINTED TIGERS Carved Jade Top w Bone Spoon, Unused Mint condition

This item is a miniature oil on canvas painting depicting a Latin-American arched courtyard

with a door open on the opposite side and a flowering bush on the left. 

There are also flowers next to the door. 

The painting looks very old, likely antique. 

The medium is canvas stretched on board, attached with old-fashion nails at the back.

It is signed in the right left corner, but I did not manage to identify the artist, looks to me like Les/Ros Sorensz, but not sure.

The frame is made of solid heavy wood with natural imperfections, probably hand-made, imitates a window opened into the courtyard. Very charming piece.

Sitting chairs in good condition. Unsure of details as they were picked up from a neighbors home following foreclosure.

Old bell looks to be bronze.  No date that I can see or name.  Had come with it. Very heavy. 

Small hanging curio shelf. Not sure of wood, as I’m a beginner. It’s dark in color has the old  around the bottom and top. See photo please let me know how to correctly name these.

This is my first item looking for appraisal. Please let me know if I am not doing this correctly.

Built in 1893, fully custom, maple dresser and full size bed. Dresser has 6 drawers of varying heights and depths. Bed includes headboard, footboard, sideboards, and 5 wood slats which sit on frame. Bed is on wheels.

Excellent condition, including original hardware.
