I recently purchased this painting and I’m wondering if anyone knows anything about the artist. The artist’s name is RAWSON. I’ve found paintings online by a Carl W Rawson but he usually signs with his full name and in the color red. I’m thinking it’s not the same artist. 

The canvas is stretched on a a piece of wood that says: Grumbacher New York. 

I would also like to know the age of the painting. It appears old. Any guesses?

I have a silver ladel with markings of B.j peldman's sons also with the imprint of 3 pictures side by side can't rely make out the images.

I acquired this last week and know very little about it.  What I have been able to find is that there is a company called Meyda that does this lampshade in 2 sizes 16" & 26" . The original was done in 22".  The measurements on this one are 22" diameter 12" height.  I also believe there has been some repair to this shade done at least once.  That being said, it's in good shape and when illiuminated it changes the whole dynamic of the room.

An American stained wood rocking chair, in the Shaker style. Circa 1900. The uprights with turned fnials and a ladderback, the bentwood arms forming the front legs, the seat probably later webbed.

34” high back, 20” across front of seat, 16” across back of seat, 27” rocker.
