This sugar bowl should have a lid, I think. It's a double handled bowl. It has a spot where it's copper colored under the silver. Not sure what this means. Silver plated, maybe?
I know it is a Gruen Quadron, 15 Jewel marked 4adj with #155 works. It was made prior to the point in time when a small second hand was added at the bottom of the dial. I believe that was added in 1924. Inside of the back of the case is marked:

This table, I've discovered, is a library table. It has a top with bevelled edges for a lamp or whatever. Under the top shelf, the is a revolving bookshelf that is sectioned off into 4 cubbies for books. The legs are on a pedestal with a round knob midway between the base of the table and the quadiripod cabriole (I think that's the correct term) legs. The feet are claw-type and initially I thought them to be metal, but since a magnet does not stick to it, I can only say it's something other than wood. The legs were broken and glued back together at one time but looks pretty good.
International Silver Company. This is the #326 Springtime Pattern 7 piece Fine China set. There are 16 dinner plates, 16 saucers and 16 coffee cups. There are 12 dessert plates, 12 fruit bowls, 12 lunch plates, 12 soup bowls. There is a serving platter and a sugar bowl. This collection has been very well cared for and is in excellent condition.
The pattern has white flowers with green and tan leaves and platinum trim.
