Unfortunately I don't know much about this Rocking Chair. I thought it may be an Eduardian chair, but I am not sure. I would like to find out some more about it and about its value.

These 2 little "cups" are made from some type of metal and decorated on the outside with a gold coloured coating. I was given them about 30 years ago by my Father-in-law and originally there was a matching bell with them but that was misplaced during a move. I think he got them in India but i may be wrong.
a friend of mine has it his grandmother gave it to him 27 years ago she found it near watts bar lakewhen she was a little girl.we would like to know what it is and what its worth please.
