2 brass decorative swords(?) dragon design with glass"stones) on the blades.. wondering if they were possibly polearm style weapons, since both have hollowed handles that appear designed to slide onto a shaft.
this is a whistle that is a crowned lion and has 4 bells attached to the feet and one to the neck. there is a lion face piece in the middle of the chain and bells attached to the chain as well. It was presented to my mom as a nannies whistle from France but I found an article describing it as a Spanish amulet. The article is by WL Hildburgh and was published in a magazine called folklore volume 24 in 1913. I will include some pictures below.
These beautiful little saucers/plates are very delicate, floral patterns in pastel colors. Pink, lilac, yellow, mint green, and peach. Gold accents. Has the mark of Martial Redon. No chips, cracks, or discolorations. They appear to be hand painted.
