One eyed horse and cowboy ceramic

This ceramic is a one eyed cowboy and a one eyed horse (opposite eyes) 

It has a @like symbol with a 1949 etched in the bottom 

The @even looks like a circle with a c and a O.

We have no idea if this was a cartoon or something

One of 15 prototype posters for Cyxork 7, before its distribution by Troma. Signed by Ray Wise, Sonya Smith, and Joseph Culp. Provenance confirmed by film producer Andreas Kossak. Poster measures approximately 24 inches wide by 46 inches high--approximately similar to a one-sheet from the 1980s--printed using an architectural plotter.
