I have two Universal Stock tickers and one self winding stock ticker. I have the podiums that go with them. The glass domes were broken many years ago. The tickers are in good shape and the podiums are in very good shape. One of the Universals is not complete ( missing it's reel, and one bolt. I do not have pictures at this time because they are in packed in storage.
Well I found at a Yard sale and they were to the point late in the day giving stuff away and I seen this and thought it was nice and got it. I tried looking it up since it looks Antique but found nothing on the clock. The reason I thought it was Antique was because of the date on the inside of the clock has Windsor 1825 on the face of the clock.
This watch has designs all around and a V engraved in front (family name). There is engraving on several of the doors, as well on the internal mechanism. It also says "State Stamp of Gold 18 Carat." It reads "90" below this. Maybe for 1890? I'm not sure. It works when wound, although to save the mechanism I have rarely wound it. It proudlydisplays the words "Stem winder" which may help date it. It's in the original leather pouch.
