This is a Vintage 1975 Wallace Berrie HotShots cartoon wall art called Downhill Racer.
NIP/NOS, wrapped in original packaging. Matted and mounted, no frame. The back is made of pressed wood chips.
Numbered #3726 in the right lower corner and signed 1975 Wallace Berrie & Co Inc in the left lower corner. In addition, there is an original sticker of the maker at the back.

Made in USA.
