THE LID SWIVELS TO OPEN, THE HANDLE IS ON THE FRONT, IT HAS 4 LEGS, AND IS VERY FANCY

No tears or rips in fabic. No stains.

This item is priceless to me but I would like to know value, if any. It has some condition issues. Mainly scratches and some carvings on the inside. The legs are a bit wobbly now also.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

White fuzzy girl bear wearing a pink sweater.  Rosebuds are on the sweater and one in right ear.  Really cute.  Still has tag in ear with ber information.  Inside tag has been filled in with to: and From:

brass elephant rotary phone dial is a ball at the end of one of the feet trunk is up and hand set sits on top of elephants back 

4 pc. set -  CONTINENTAL and silvercoinc. engraved on bottom of coffee pot. Also has the word CHROMIUM. The percolator coffee pot and the tea pot have plastic brown handles.

The table is in fair condition I would say. The top of the table is pretty severly cracked and/or peeling but the wood is good and the drawer is functional.  My basic question is one of value. Also, would refinishing the piece decrease or increase value if any? Any feedback is much appreciated, thanks!
