Iverson 1876 Baby Grand Piano

Category
Music and Music Instruments
Condition
Fair
Description

I have an antique Iverson Baby Grand Piano from Boston.  I think the year is 1876.  It is VERY heavy.  Just the legs (which screw off) are heavy.  It is a dark wood.  Measurements are back to front 38", side to side 76",tall 37".  18 keys have small chips.  One key is missing 1/2 of the ivory.  Could you please tell me it's worth?  We called a piano tuner several years ago.  When he came over he did not bring tools because he thought he would not be able to tune it because he said due to the age the wires would be brittle and break.  He had to go back to get his tools to tune it. He said it was in good shape but if I wanted my kids to seriously be pianists this was not the piano to teach them on.  Could you please tell me it's worth?  I forgot, the 3 fold top can lay flat and totaly cover the keys etc, or you can fold it open to play piano, or fold it open even more to expose the wires and play the keys.  Could you please estimate it's worth?  Thank you. It is a VERY beautiful piece of furniture.

Printed Napkin for Christmas Dinner with menu USS Arizona Cec. 1917

Category
Militaria
Condition
Good
Description

This is a napkin that my Grandfather had saved from when he was stationed aboard the Arizona.  It has been in a frame and kept in the family since then.  The colors are still good and the menu is still readable.  The print of the Ship in the upper right corner is not all that good, although you can still tell that it is a ship.

Cedar Chest

Condition
Excellent
Description

I found it at an antique store in upstate New York; I only recently discovered the emblem inside on the lid, and found out by researching that the "Rice Leaders of the World Ass'n" was founded in 1915 by Elwood E. Rice and found this information:

Rice Leaders of the World Association, founded A. D. MCMXII, by Elwood E. Rice, president. (New York, Munder-Thomsen company, printers) 1915. (12) p. mounted plates. 194"". Ā© June 25, 1915  Rice, Elwood E. Business President of 358 Fifth Avenue New York City and a member of various clubs and societies. He is president of the Rice Leaders of the World Association. He is prominently identified with business and public affairs and has held many positions of trust and honor. (American Elite and Sociologist Bluebook by Thomas William Herringshaw)

I would like to know what its current true value might be.
