This is a beautiful piece. My grandfather bought it new in or about 1958 and played it regularly. It was purchased in North Carolina and in 1974 was moved to California where it is currently. My mother has it in her living room and also played it regularly until it was left on too long and we think one of the bulbs went out. That will need to be looked at by someone who knows this type of organ and fixed. This organ comes with a beautiful storage bench, probably made out of walnut and an external speaker that matches the organ.
I was cleaning out the attic and came acrosss this,It was wrapped in plastic in a corner, looks to be in good conditon,no rust on the frame parts or wheels.I don't no what kind of material, inside the carriage there is a pad in good condition, the bottom of the bed there is tape on it where it was ripped, yellowing from age.seems to be made of vinyl, but Im no expert.there is a instruction sheet with it and has the numbers 914 and 911 at top of page .the carrriage is yellow and black plaid.folds up easy .
I have 13 pages of uncut Mount Vernon Superior Cotton labels printed by Prang & Mayer Boston. One of these labels is part of a Prang Collection in a library museum. My parents were antique dealers and I inherited these from them. Can you tell me if they have any value.
