Please advise re: possible value of this painting?  Thank you!!

This is a brass and glass lamp. It has flowers on the bottom globe and the top is two shades of pink. It has a crack in the glass on the top globe. Pittsburgh lamp and brass is engraved in three places on the lamp. I think it is one of the earlier lamps the company made.

This clock was found at my grand-parents home - no history available....

Print is hand signed and in a very nice frame.  Excellent condition.
