Face of Liberty on front of coin with stars encircling. Back is encircled by United States of America then a garland of leaved encircling with one cent in the very center.
I received these from my grandmother who was pretty sure she got them as a giveaway from a gas station in the 1950s. There are 9 glasses, with 4 different pictures: Doctor, Dancer, Warrior and Chief.
This is a beautiful piece. It features pictures of various Japanese figures in costume. All of the outlining and trim giving the paintinga lot of depth and texture.
There is no signature or marking of any kind inside or outside of the vase.
Was given to me by my grandmother was her second husbands. I have been told it's from Directoire time frame. circa 1795 to 1799 is this true? I would like to find out as much information about this chair as possible. If it's not Directoire what is it what's the possible value of the chair.
