This sign commemorates the the first solo Atlantic crossing in the 106,000 cubic foot (3,000 m³) Rosie O'Grady's Balloon of Peace from September 14 to September 18, 1984. Rosie O'Grady's was the first bar open in the Church Street Station by Bob Snow and is now closed. I've searched the internet for months and have never found another sign like it. Bob Snows address is 239 E. Copeland Drive Orlando, FL 32806. I have never found any Rosie O'Grady's bar sign let alone the sign like mine that commemorates the balloon trip. We moved and the movers "lost" it. I have to come up with some kind of appraisal to submit. This was a cherished gift and my favorite bar sign in my collection. It is priceless to me but I have to come up with a figure. It was in mint condition. No chips, no scratches, the colors were still very bright, no cracks, the frame was solid wood not plastic as so many are.
