Vase owned by my Grandmother; made to hold palm from Palm Sunday church. Its in exellent condition; brown lines on bottom are from scotch tape used to prevent furniture scratches. I have never seen another like it.

I have two buttons like this that are metal. They have an anchor & the word NAVY on them. (They are picked up by magnets) I have seen the bakelite buttons like this, but not the metal. I don't see these anywhere on the internet. Can someone tell me what era they are from and what kind of uniform. Thanks...
I have a 10 ince tall figurine of an old man holding a rifle in his hands and a cigar in his mouth. he is wearing a back over his shoulders and what looks like bullets around his waist. I will submit photos of it.
It also has a logo or symbol on bottom of 3 crowns and the letter N under them, with hand painted under it all.
Pls help me out and tell me what u can about him and if he is of any value.
