My Opa was a plumber in New York City in the 1930's. He did work for a wealthy family that lived in a very nice/expensive apartment in NYC. When the family moved out of the apartment and into a suburban home, they gave my Opa several pieces of furniture. It is rumored that the furniture was hand crafted in the 1800's in Europe, then brought to NYC by the wealthy family.
My father has inherited the dinner buffet and is moving into assisted living. I am trying to get a value for the piece so it can be given a new home.
I was curious about this Beanie Baby that I have it is Valentino and the Heart on his chest is half red and half yellow I've done a lot of research and I cannot find another one with this exact heart everyone that I am able to find is all red. So I was just curious if that adds any value to it
I have an old sword and I'm having trouble figuring out where it came from. I searched by the name on the blade "William O. Miner." I'm not sure if it's a person, or company. I can't find anything about it. It was my ex's dad's and my ex doesn't know where it came from. He didn't want to take it with him in the move. If it's not valuable, I'm going to clean it up and give it to my nephew.
Luger Furniture Co Bedroom set, excellent condition. Original bench fabric is still under the current bench fabric (see pictures). Unique, custom mattress size, maybe 3/4?
Grandmother passed away and these were in her house. Not too sure about them but I have seen them on ebay. Of course that is NOT an accurate measurement of value. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
